Set-Top Box Replacement Warranty [ 2 Years | 3 Years ]
- The set-top box is covered by a warranty for a period of 2 Years | 3 Years from the date of purchase.
- In case of a defect or malfunction during the warranty period, the set-top box will be replaced free of charge.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our service center for replacement.
- If the exact same set-top box model is not available for replacement, a similar or equivalent set-top box will be provided.
- To initiate a warranty claim, please retain your proof of purchase and contact our customer support team for return instructions.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear under regular usage conditions.
- Damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this warranty.
